Merchants

Adrowynne

The lovely Adrowynne will be altering items from her shop, The Festive Fabric, as well as providing other seamstress-type work.

Chisma

The Lady Chisma will be customizing all items from her shop, The Golden Hibiscus, while she is within it.  However, she has also opened her home to guests and while in it will be providing tailoring services for those that venture her way.  She advises everyone to pedal towards the edge of the public swimming area and then follow the current in a southeasterly direction.  Once you've come to the Teeth of Charl, pedal in a southwestern fashion and you will find her docks.

Chisma’s home is located at Anemone’s Perch in the Eastern Waterways.

Evlissa

Evlissa will be customizing picnic baskets, as well as the blankets and food that come with them.  Please find her in her shop, Festivity Feasts, throughout the festival.  She will announce her arrival and charges a minimal fee of 20,000 silvers to provide her service.  She also provides the baskets and blankets for an additional 10,000 silvers if you have need of them.

Eybria

Handmaiden Eybria will be providing facial, hair, and eye grooming services throughout the festival.  She has decided to bring her skills to Shear Delight, which is located on Sea Turtle Lane.

Eybria serves as Chisma’s handmaiden, who may be found at The Golden Hibiscus and whose home is located at Anemone’s Perch.

Finvale

Famed elven artisan, Finvale, will be making an appearance at the festival and is rumored to have several unique crystal to distribute.  Watch for his visit!

Finvale’s crystals are said to be attuned to the person who receives them.

Gostahl

Watch for Gostahl throughout the festival as he will be providing general alteration services!

Leanney

Arriving from the Human Empire, Maiden Leanney will be wandering the festival and providing her unique gift cloths for interested parties.

Rawgur

Creating a unique look and adding zests to shields, Rawgur will be making making an appearance during the festival.  Watch for his announcement!

Vemeon

Hiding in his cramped quarters within The Rogue Within, Vemeon will be working on items from his shop several times over the duration of the festival.  Listen hard for his announcement!

Zifku

Wandering the streets of the Eastern Harbor, probably near someplace that serves alcoholic beverages, Zifku will provide tattooing services for those that can find her.  Bring booze so that she knows you exist.

Zifku is skilled in crafting tattoos that can have both a long and a show.
