First draft of the list

Huge thanks to Aluvius, Amirah, Arlia, Fjalar, the EES and everyone else who helped complete the lists!

[The Alchemical Edge] – room 21, a bright red tent topped with a blue and gold pennon

Multicolored smoke hangs heavy within this area of the tent, while strange odors threaten to bring those unfamiliar with them to the brink of nausea.  An oversized black cauldron suspended above a flickering green flame sits in the center.  Around the tent you notice a thick feras rod mounted on a steel spike that is driven into the ground to the north, to the east a deep rock-lined pit is dug into the ground, to the south rests an enormous block of ice, and to the west is a pyramidal pile of sharp stones.  Strangely, a glowing piece of parchment hovers overhead just out of reach.  You also see a heavily folded tent flap and a bleary-eyed alchemist.

Obvious exits: none

In the Common language, it reads:

Inquire here about flares.  All services rendered or rejected are up the to Alchemist’s discretion, remember to be polite.

The dagger-etched counter holds a darker side to things, while the moon-etched reveals haughtiness.

an opal-set vivid gold locket

a jeweled pure silver locket

a slender oval platinum locket

Example picture

Mounted in the oval platinum locket, you see a masterfully-painted portrait of a dark elf. She stands in an affected pose, every fold of her clothing in place. Shoulder length, dark brown hair frames golden eyes whose expression clearly states that she is the Mistress of anything or anyone that has the good fortune to fall under her influence. One eyebrow is raised in a skeptical look and her lips are curled into a condescending smirk.

On the dagger-etched counter you see a delicate bloodjewel-set locket, a black-veined dark faenor locket and an eahnor-edged polished onyx locket.

15k unless noted, neckworn, holds very small for one item, picture taking lockets, “darker” pictures

an eahnor-edged polished onyx locket (10k)

Example picture

Mounted in the dark faenor locket, you see a carefully crafted portrait of a dark elf. A chill wind whips through a landscape alight with either lightning or flame. Her shoulder length, dark brown hair frames golden eyes that hold nothing but hostility and aggression. She looks as if she has been interrupted while daydreaming about pulling the wings off hummingbirds. High above her, a stark black sky is marked by cold pinpricks of starlight.

On the cloud-etched counter you see an oval matte black locket, a carved maplewood locket and a mist grey ora locket.

a mist grey ora locket

Example picture

Stuck into the matte black locket, you see an incredibly detailed portrait of a dark elf. Under her shoulder length, dark brown hair, her brow has darkened and she is frowning. Through golden eyes, she stares out at you moodily. Clearly, she doesn’t like anything about her day, least of all having her portrait painted. As if taking a cue from her, the sky behind her is painted a foreboding grey color, steaked with rain-filled, roiling clouds.

On the pink-tinted counter you see a dark green clover-shaped locket, a pale blue cloud-shaped locket and a bright pink rose-shaped locket.

Example picture

Tucked into the cloud-shaped locket, you see an intricately detailed portrait of a dark elf. Her golden eyes have a twinkle in them and she is smiling happily at you. Her shoulder length, dark brown hair picks up highlights from a cheerily shining sun in a background of blue skies and green trees. It looks like such a perfect setting for a picnic that you can almost hear sounds of giggling and singing.
